The main users of this software would be those who are tracking the finances manually and would like to automate, but don’t want to take on to much at one time. This software will allow you to produce standard financial statements, once you have entered your business transactions (receipts, bills, checks, deposits, etc.).  You can upgrade to any other version of QuickBooks when/if you see the need.  You can also use this to keep track of your personal finances or to keep track of the finances for an organization you treasurer for.
